I’m Christina Tipton, LCSW, and I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults manage anxiety and related challenges through evidence-based online therapy. I use a tailored approach that may include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I also use CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) for those navigating Tourette Syndrome or tic disorders.

I offer convenient telehealth services for residents of Kentucky and Utah. Virtual sessions are designed to provide flexibility and accessibility, making it easier for you to prioritize your mental health.
I am currently welcoming new self-pay clients. Individual therapy sessions are 60 minutes and priced at $135 per session. I can provide a superbill for those who wish to seek reimbursement through their Out-of-Network insurance benefits.
